Yuzuki sighed a little into the cold night air as her breath turned into mist. She wanted to hurry to find shelter but felt so tired she thought her legs had metal weights tired to them. She could barely stand but kept going. She fell a few times and the last time she fell she just lied on the ground. She almost fell asleep until she heard a rustle in a nearby bush. Not wanting to attract any attention to herself in case any travelers were nearby, she through her katana at the bush and out ran a rabbit. I'm losing it.. Why would anyone be out this late at night? Either way, I need to find somewhere to rest and be away in case someone is out this late. Yuzuki stood up and retrieved her katana. Afterward, she stopped and listened to see if she could hear anybody. When she knew she was alone, she continued her walk.
Yuzuki listened to each step as her foot hit the ground. She wasn't sure why, but she did. Her search for a place to stay was still unsuccessful and she thought perhaps it would be better if she just slept in a tree or something. This search is taking too long! Why isn't there a place or cave around here!? There's always been a cave or something wherever I went and suddenly there isn't?! Especially when I'm the most tired I've ever really been. Now that's just messed up.. Yuzuki started to get angered but tried to keep calm. The last thing she wanted was something to burst into flames.
Yuzuki, furious now, decided to just take a risk and lay in the open. She gathered a few sticks and began her own little bonfire, hoping that tonight was going to be her lucky night. She sighed again, and leaned on the nearest tree, as her eyelids started to droop down and then closed. Even though she was on her way to sleeping, she kept her guard up and was on alert for any strange noises.

Tsuki sighed in relief as she continued to walk through the woods. Thankfully, her brother was no where to be seen, and she wouldn't be controlled by her darkness. She had decided to take a walk in the woods, and practice her Water power at the river since her brother had mysteriously vanished again. After all, this was an advantage for Tsuki, and rarely ever occurred. She would be able to replenish the good inside her again, so eventually, she'd be rid of her darkness. As it always was, Tsuki wouldn't be able sleep or be tired until the break of dawn dawn, so she had all night to practice her ability, that is, if the shadow didn't come looking for her. She only hoped that he would be gone for all of the night, and wouldn't know of her secret practicing.
She continued to walk through the woods, but now realized something. What am I doing? I can transform into a wolf and get to the river faster than this! I have to hurry......there's no telling how long the shadow will be gone...... Tsuki suddenly, but slowly changed her form to a silver wolf. Now she was running through the woods, and fast, too, as each tree seemed to pass behind her.
Suddenly she came to a stop, now smelling someone with her wolf-nose. As she ran closer to the scent, she began to see a light, and shortly, noticed this "light" was a bonfire. She tip-toed closer, and noticed there was not just a bonfire, but a girl next to it, leaning against a tree. Her hair was a redish-orange, and she seemed to light up the night. The girl's eyes were closed as if she was asleep, and a katanta rested beside her.
Why is she out here......and at this time of night? She can't stay here.....because if the shadow realizes that there is someone other than me.....he'll make me kill her...... Tsuki shuddered at the thought, remembering the horrid memories of previous homicides the shadow had forced her to commit. Although.....she doesn't look human.....but I can't assume she is a elem just because the way she looks. I have to do something........I can't let the shadow know she's here......but what? I don't want to kill anyone else.....even if it isn't really me.....I need to prevent this! She can't be seen out in the open in the woods like this.....I'll carry her to the nearest cave until I find out where she lives.....then I won't have to hurt her...
Tsuki tip-toed toward the girl, careful not to startle her, fore she looked like she had her guard up, and wasn't taking any chances. Tsuki had to get her away from here before doing anything else.......she couldn't bare the thought of the shadow making her kill another soul. She had to be hasty, but had to be careful not to wake the girl.

Yuzuki twitched a bit as if she felt something staring at her. She ignored it and went back into her sleep stage. As she fell deeper in sleep, she began to dream, even though it was quite early. Yuzuki was in a dark forest at night and for some reason she was running. The forest was completely silent, as if it was holding its breath. Now it was getting so dark even the trees started to disappear from sight. Yuzuki stopped to catch her breath and reached of where the last tree she saw was supposed to be, but felt nothing there. "What the heck...? Where are the trees!? I know for a fact one was here.." Yuzuki said in her dream. Then Yuzuki heard movements all around her and since it was night, she was weak. So instead of putting up a fight like she usually would, she began to run again.
Yuzuki, once again, stopped to catch her breath. She put her hands on her knees and panted until she heard something like someone calling her name. She looked up as she noticed her vision started to turn red. Now she was able to see her surroundings better. Now that she could see, she noticed that there were no more trees around, and got irritated. She shook her head and took a few steps only to bump into something. As she held her now throbbing face, she looked up to see what she ran into. It was her brother, with black eyes. Yuzuki became aware, but a smile spread across her face. She felt like hugging him but knew something was wrong with him, so the smile slowly faded from her lips. As she was about to say something, her brother opened his mouth and she watched in horror as blood started to pour out. "Yuzuki! Why did you leave that day!? How could you let this happen to me!? It's all your fault!!" Her brother yelled at her as she started to back away. He reached his hand out towards her and when she didn't accept it, he came after her. As Yuzuki's scream pierced the night, she woke up almost screaming herself.
Yuzuki's heart started to race as cold sweat ran down her face. Her eyes were wide and she was shaking slightly. What the hell was that!? I've never had a dream like that.. I only hope I don't have it again.. Yuzuki was completely unaware of the wolf next to her, despite her being alert.

The wolf-Tsuki wasn't sure what to do. The girl looked as if she was suffering from a nightmare. Should I wake her? I can't let her suffer.....but......I can't get involved with other people fore if I do...... Tsuki repeated the heed of her brother's words in her mind....as her face twisted in horror....
"You shouldn't get involved with anyone.....that is, unless you want them to be murdered by your own hand....." Her brother had warned her. Tsuki had shook her head in protest, "I won't let you use me as your toy.....I am getting stronger, and I WILL defeat you brother. You just wait...." Tsuki had threatened her older brother, who had chuckled evilly at his sister's confidence. "You don't know the limit of my powers.....the power the element of darkness can give you. You think you can defeat me, do you?" He looked at his now frowning sister in the eyes, and chuckled. "Even if you refuse to give in to the darkness now, you will eventually HAVE TO give in to it at some rate. I'm going to make you evil, Tsuki, even if I have to tie you up and FORCE YOU to watch me kill people. In the end, you will be a pigment of pure darkness just like me..."
Tsuki shuddered at the memory, but regained her confidence after seeing the girl suffer while sleeping, with her face full of fear and terror. Tsuki felt that she HAD to wake her up, and that she might as well since she was planning to carry and hide her in a cave anyway. Tsuki didn't want to see anyone else dead......it brought back bad memories......and she hated the evilness she felt while her brother had controlled her. She couldn't let it happen again, she just couldn't.
Tsuki nudged(still in her wolf form) with her nose at the girl's shoulder, as she suddenly saw the girl jump as she awoke. There was sweat coming down her face, and she was trembling. She had suffered quite a lot in her nightmare, looking quite surprised and her face pale and full of fear.
Tsuki whimpered, worried about the girl, and wondering what sort of nightmare she had had. She stayed in her wolf form, not wanting to startle the girl too much.

Yuzuki, still shaking slightly, believed she heard a whimper and looked to the side only to see a wolf by her side. It made her heart skip a beat, since she wasn't expecting it. She stood up immediatly and just stared at the wolf. It seemed like it wasn't here to fight, in fact it looked completely harmless to her.It seems harmless, but I'm not letting my guard down. Then again, it is an animal, so I doubt anyone would give it any specific orders.. Yuzuki stood there for a while longer and stared at the wolf, then sat down again as her heart started to slow down. She sighed a bit and looked at the wolf again. I wonder what it's doing here.. I kind of wish I had some food or something to give it.
Yuzuki then looked deep into the flames, then at er hand thinking of the power she wielded. She had heard that other people with a certain element could transform into animals and almost believed this wolf could be one of them, but she shook off that thought. That's ridiculous. I've never met another person with element powers that used them for good. so what would the odds be now? I'm not sure, but for now it's nothing more than an animal.. Yuzuki looked back at the wolf and reached her hand out to pet it. Before she even touched the wolf's ear, she pulled her hand back. She wasn't sure why, she just did it without thinking.
Strange, now that I think about it, normally when I woke up the animal should probably have run away, like they most often do. So why isn't this one? Maybe it does want food or something.. Or maybe it has a lot of trust put into humans.. Although I'm technically not one.. "Listen wolf, if you're here for food I don't have any. Sorry to break it to you, but it's true." Yuzuki said as she looked back into the fire. Okay, I feel very strange talking to a wolf, but oh well. Not like anyone is around anyway.

Tsuki backed away a little after seeing the girl stand up immediately. The girl's sudden reaction had scared her a little, but after a moment, Tsuki shook this off, and took another step forward. The girl eyed Tsuki who was still in wolf-form, looking a little cautious, but after a few moments the girl relaxed, and began to stare into the flames on the fire. Tsuki sat down, and watched the girl as she thought.
After a while, the girl's hand reached out to pet Tsuki, but soon froze, and then pulled her hand back. Tsuki cocked her head to one side, with a curious "arf?", as if to try to understand the girl's reaction. The girl stared at Tsuki for some moments, looking confused and possibly puzzled. Finally, she spoke. "Listen wolf, if you're here for food I don't have any. Sorry to break it to you, but it's true."[/u]
Tsuki blinked, surprised at the girl's sudden words. Tsuki shook her head as in to say "no" to the girl's sentence. She stood up, and looked back into the woods, and then glanced back at the girl with couraging eyes, as if trying to tell her something.

Yuzuki looked back at the wolf as it made a bark-like sound. "What?" Yuzuki asked. Man, what's wrong with this wolf? Maybe it does have strong trust in people.. Then Yuzuki noticed something. Did this wolf just shake its head at me? I wonder if it knows what I'm saying... "Hey.. Can you understand me?" Yuzuki asked with curiosity. Ridiculous! I can't talk with an animal, impossible! Well, not necessarily.. I've never spoken to an animal before, so it seems pretty impossible to me.. Yuzuki was getting annoyed with herself as she started to think she was going insane. she shook her head and sighed again.
Yuzuki glanced back at the wolf as she saw its eyes looked towards the woods and back at her. "What? You want me to follow or something?" Yuzuki asked. I'm not sure, but I wonder if it is trying to say something. Might as well give it a chance.. Yuzuki sighed again as she stood up. "Well wolf, if you are going to show me something or tell me something, let's get to it. Lead the way." Yuzuki said as she looked down at the wolf and put her heands on her hips to show she was waiting.
Not like I would've gotten much sleep anyway with that dream haunting me.. So if I'm not going to sleep then might as well stick around with the wolf until daybreak. Then it's bye-bye wolf and I'm headin' out to the next place and hopefully get some sleep...

Now the girl seemed even more puzzled.
"Hey.. Can you understand me?"[/u]
Tsuki nodded, her wolf-blue eyes sparkling. The girl sighed, and then glanced back at Tsuki who had been trying to tell the girl to follow her.
"What? You want me to follow or something?"
Tsuki nodded again, still afraid to turn back into human. It's best if i stay in my wolf form for now......I can't startle her.....or let her think bad of me.....that I'm a spy or something....I'm trying to help her, not hurt her. And it'd be bad if i got on the wrong track. Tsuki flared, who was sighing in her mind. She glanced back at the girl, awaiting the girl to answer, ready to go when she was. After some moments, the girl stood up.
"Well wolf, if you are going to show me something or tell me something, let's get to it. Lead the way."
The girl now had her hands on her hips, and looked as if she was waiting impatiently. After a moment, Tsuki wondered if this girl would really trust her as a wolf, but then shook the thought as she began to lead the way into the deep, dark night that seemed to engulf the woods. Thankfully, Tsuki could see very well, with being a wolf, her vision was a lot better and clearer at night than it was in her human form. She watched for any trees or roots that stuck up from the ground. She didn't run, but wanted to, but wasn't sure how fast the girl could manage. The night would go by quick, and Tsuki knew that, so she had to be even faster.
Tsuki started to quicken her pace, beginning to worry that the shadow might possibly be coming back soon. All Tsuki wanted was to get the girl out of harms way, somewhere far, far away from the shadow and herself. She hoped that the shadow hadn't come back yet, and that he wasn't looking for her. She hoped that he wouldn't find the girl, or find her if he was.

Yuzuki watched as the wolf nodded its head at er. She was absolutely amazed this wolf could understand and actually, in a way, respond back to her. This really is one strange wolf.. Perhaps it's domesticated? Nah, I doubt it. Still, it is a possibility. Yuzuki blinked as the wolf stared at her with sparkling blue eyes, which also amazed Yuzuki. She had seen wolves with yellow eyes, amber eyes and orange eyes but never blue unless it was a puppy.
The wolf, at first, made no movement. It seems to be wondering about something.. I wonder what, but I guess I'll never know. Anyway, when is it going to start moving? Yuzuki spoke, or more like thought, too soon for the wolf had turned away and started to walk. She hesitated for a moment, but then lowered the fire so it wouldn't cause a forest fire, and followed the wolf. I wonder where it's taking me and why I feel the need to follow it... I also, feel...vulnerable? Perhaps because it's night, but I'm not sure.. I feel like the wolf as well is feeling, well, vulnerable...
Yuzuki was spacing off so much she barely noticed the wolf changed pace. Coming out of Yuzuki's world, she quickly followed. Why did it change pace? Is it trying to leave me behind or something!? Hmm... Either way, it's not going to lose me that easily. Yuzuki kept glancing back and forth between the forest and the wolf to make sure she wasn't going to run into anything or to make sure the wolf wouldn't make a sudden turn or sudden change in pace again.

Good......we're here. And the shadow is no where to be seen......I hope it stays that way. Tsuki worried as she stopped at a rock wall with a door-shaped opening. She glanced behind her shoulder, waiting for the girl who, she hoped, wasn't far behind. I hope she caught up with me okay......I guess I went too fast....maybe she will be here in a minute.....
Tsuki waited patiently for the girl before going any further.

{{It's okay, I understand.^^}}
When Yuzuki had caught up with the wolf, finally, she saw that it seemed to be waiting for her. Yuzuki looked to the side and also noticed a rock with a door-like opening. This wolf, brought me to a cave? Or perhaps this is where it lives.. But if it is, why would it take me here? But if it isn't, how did it know I was looking for a cav or was it just perhaps a random guess... Hm..
Yuzuki waited for the wolf to do something, so she just stood there looking around. I hope it becomes day soon.. It seems fairly dark, so maybe it's about midnight or so? Not sure.. Guess I'll just have to wait.. As Yuzuki stared into the sky, she sighed without thinking.
{{My post is kinda short too.. I wasn't exactly sure what to put, sorry.}}

Tsuki showed a wolf-smile when the girl arrived, and then looked back towards the cave. After a moment, she went towards the cave, and went inside it. After a few moments, Tsuki sat and waited for the girl again, but this time changed back into human form. Tsuki spotted a small, grey rock, and sat down, and crossed her legs, and waited for the girl.
I hope she follows.....maybe I'll be able to explain everything to her...... Tsuki sighed, and then started to hesitate, but after a moment, regained her confidence.
{{Sorry, again. -.-}}

Yuzuki was off in her own world, so didn't notice when the wolf walked into the cave. The night is so dark tonight... I don't see a single star let alone the moon. I wonder if it's the New Moon or something tonight. Yuzuki closed her eyes and looked back down to where she last saw the wolf, and noticed it was gone. Gah! The wolf left me!! Man... Yuzuki shook her head and looked at the cave. At least it brought me to a place where I can sleep.. Yuzuki stayed out for awhile longer and picked up some sticks and walked inside.
When Yuzuki figured she was far enough inside, only reason she really stopped was because she couldn't see, she put the sticks down and caught them on fire. She was, once again, oblivious to the girl sitting on a rock nearby. When she finally noticed the girl, she sat up again immediately but this time also drawing her sword. She tensed, but made no movement towards the girl. Yuzuki glared, but stayed quiet as well.
((It's okay.^^))

Tsuki watched as the girl walked into the cave, and lit the fire, not thinking much of it. Tsuki was about to say something, then she flinched when the girl instantly flew to her feet and drew her sword, not expecting her to react so aggressively. Tsuki's face turned pale until she realized she was probably looking suspicious, and tried to calm down. What do i do? What do I say? I need her to know that i was the wolf.....and I need to tell her that she can't stay here......but I can't possibly babble and expect her to believe me......I need to start slow....but first i need to let her know I'm not here to attack her...... Tsuki shifted herself to a more comfortable position on the rock, and prepared to try to say something to the girl, but she was afraid, and felt uncomfortable because of the girl's glaring. Tsuki tried to shake the girl's appearance, and stay calm and confident. After a few moments of looking terrified and idiotic, Tsuki inhaled a deep breath and prepared ti speak to the girl.
"P-Please....don't be a-alarmed." Tsuki said cautiously, and shyly. "I-I'm here to t-talk to you. I-I don't want to hurt you......I led you here....." Tsuki said softly, and timidly, still trying to remain calm. Her face began to retain it's natural paleness, and Tsuki began to become more comfortable as she spoke.
"I know this is a surprise to you....and I'm a stranger to you...but I'm trying to help you. Please trust me. I don't want you to get hurt......you must know that there is evilness here.....and that you must stay away from it as much as possible...." Tsuki warned, beginning to get used to talking because it was replacing her nervousness. "You must understand.....this forest is a dangerous place to be. You mustn't be here......" Tsuki explained, hoping the girl understood, and knew that she was telling the truth.
Then there was a few moments of silence as Tsuki waited for the girl to react, hopefully, with understanding.

Yuzuki watched as the girl moved around and looked uncomfortable. She doesn't look evil.. She looks rather fragile, if you ask me.. There's no way this girl is evil let alone try to attack me..but I shouldn't let my guard down.. Yuzuki lightened her glare a bit, but stayed the way she was. Her hands tightly clenched around the handle of the sword in front of her, she listened as the girl began to stutter.
The girl went on about this forest being dangerous, which Yuzuki already knew, but this forest did seem different now that the girl had brought it up. This forest had more of an evil sense tp it, more darker than the rest. Yuzuki kept quiet as the girl continued and Yuzuki noticed she wasn't stuttering as much as she was. Yuzuki was thankful for that, for to be honest, it got on her nerves.
"You mustn't be here......"[/u]
What? Is she the guardian of the forest now, telling me whether I can or cannot be here?! Okay.. She may not be the guardian or anything like that, but still! "Who are you to say where I can or cannot be? I know this forest is dangerous, but it's my current place to be and I'm not leaving just yet." Yuzuki went over the girls words in her head and her eyes widened a bit. "Led me here? You mean you were, that wolf? Why didn't you just come in human form and explained everything there!?" Dammit, why am I getting so pissed off? I need to calm down.. Yuzuki closed her eyes and sighed. She stood up in a normal position, not one so threatening. With her eyes still closed, she sheathed her sword. Yuzuki then opened her eyes and looked at the girl.
Yuzuki closed her eyes again, and sat down this time. "Anyway, my name's Yuzuki, Yuzuki Mino. What's yours? If you're willing to tell me, that is." Yuzuki said looking to the side, towards the fire, but quickly looked away.
