Appearance: So unlike his sister, he has white hair and yellow eyes. He's pretty thin along with his sister as well, that's one thing in common he has with his sister for looks. If you looked at them, honestly you'd have no idea they were brother and sister.
History/Bio: When Torao was born, nothing happened. For Torao didn't have the fire ability like his sister. Of course when he opened his eyes, there were all a bit stunned by his eye color. He was raised like a normal kid, of course he got into trouble from time to time but nothing severe. He was struck a few times, but his parents always apologized. Torao and everyone else also noticed that he had an unusual liking for water. He could sit by the lake near their house for hours just staring at the water, often running his hand through it. Despite being so young, he was quiet and was never dumb enough to go and the water. He knew the dangers of it and so he just stared at it. Then they were all stunned when Torao came in announcing he could control the water. His mother and father looked at each other and glad it just wasn't a dangerous power, such as fire. As months grew by he noticed his parents had gotten happier, especially his mother who's stomach was getting bigger. One night his father woke him up and put him in the car as his mother was gasping for air. His father got in and drove to the hospital. Now of course Torao was worrying like no other as his father paced the waiting room. A few hours of waiting, Torao was rudely awakened, for he had fallen asleep, as he heard running. His father had run off and the fire alarm went off. Torao followed, not sure what else to do. When he got his father in view, the hospital room was on fire and he heard crying. He saw his mother holding another thing in her arms and saw it to be a baby. It was his sister of course. The fire department came but the fire was already out, for Torao, with his ability to control water, was already on the job.. The baby was taken care of as so his mother. When they both came home his mother was in bed and never got up and his father didn't care for the baby barely at all. So Torao decided to do the work himself. He often asked his mother what to do and she'd tell him. She often told him she was proud of him and that he'd be a fantastic big brother to Yuzuki. That meant a lot to him, so he vowed to himself that day that he'd never let anything happen to his sister, but as the both grew older, it proved to be a harder task than he first thought.
Their father often would hit Yuzuki for no reason, or he would ignore he completely which often made Torao angry. He'd often fight with his father and take the beatings for Yuzuki. That wasn't what was difficult though. Since he was growing older he'd go outside and play with some other boys he had met and became friends with, so he wasn't there for her all the time. When he came home, she'd often be crying or being perfectly still, showing no emotion. That's what often frightened him for he knew what happened. When their father spoke harshly to her, she'd be crying hard and loud or hard and silently, when he bet her, she'd show nothing whatsoever. What hurt him worse than that was that she often didn't talk to him about things, like how she felt and such. He could tell she was trying to ignore their father and focus on the happier things in life. Then their mother died of the burn that Yuzuki had given her when she was born. His father treated Yuzuki worse and Torao left the house less and less. Then their father was practically going insane one day and Torao took Yuzuki in his room and locked the door. They heard the chair screech across the floor and their father get on top of it. Then their father yelled at Yuzuki, hoping that she was happy for what she had done and what she was going to do. Then they heard the chair fall, a big thud and slight swinging. Torao told Yuzuki to stay there as he unlocked the door and walked into the living room. When he got there he saw his father hanging from the roof, not moving or breathing. Torao covered his mouth and stood there for a moment, but that's not what scared him. He thought he saw his father gasp and look up at him and twitch his fingers. Terrified, he ran back into his room and covered Yuzuki's and led them out the door quickly. She didn't question, but he knew she had a pretty good idea of what went on.
They went in the forest and lived together. No one found them besides maybe a few darks. Yuzuki even learned how to control her fire and often practiced making her own fire. When Yuzuki one day went out to go shopping, he was left alone at home. Of course, being a boy, he was still sleeping. He awoke abruptly when he heard crashing. He called out Yuzuki's name, wondering if she had come back already and what she was doing. Rubbing his eye as he entered the room, he saw it was just a bunch of darks searching their house. Then, of course, a fight broke out but there was too many for him to handle and he was knocked out. When he came to, he was in a totally different area he wasn't familiar with. Their security wasn't very good and not talented in fighting, really. He took them out without a second to spare and began to wander around. He wasn't sure why those darks came, knocked him out and had taken him to a place that wasn't anywhere near of where he lived, but he didn't care what business they had with him, he just wondered if Yuzuki was alright. He got lost, of course and not even his wolf form helped. After a few days of wandering around aimlessly, he finally came back to the house and searched it thoroughly. He saw the dinner on the table, even though it wasn't any good now, bt saw no Yuzuki. He searched the ear and still no sign of her and he became very worried. Now, like Yuzuki is searching for him, he is now searching for her as well.
Element/Ability: Moon/Water(Opposite of Yuzuki)
Weapons Or Techniques: He knows martial arts very well. He can use weapons but doesn't own any himself.

Location: Used to be in the forest, but now can be seen anywhere. He is also looking for Yuzuki.
Alliance: I'm not sure if he'll officially meet Tsuki, but if he does he'll join her side.

Personality: He really is different from Yuzuki. They do have things in common though, like he is a rather blunt person and often doesn't sugarcoat anything unless it's towards his friends or Yuzuki, since she is the only family he has left. What's different is that if someone asks him a question about himself, as long as it's not too personal, he'd tell them. He won't open up to anyone really(besides Yuzuki.) for he just, doesn't like to. When he first meets a person he will be polite but also will act a bit rude at times until he knows them better. He also has a pretty bad temper and isn't very patient, but is learning more patient and he doesn't get mad much.

Sample RP: Torao sighed as he sat down. He was getting rather irritated with himself of that he couldn't keep track of his sister better. Why the hell is she so damn hard to find!? She should've waited for me to come back! Then again, I can't blame he much.. Anyway, I heard that a fire elem was found around her and was burning a lot of things. Sounds like something Yuzuki would do and plus they gave a description of the elem and it fit Yuzuki perfectly. So all I know is that she is still alive.. Torao then stood up and sniffed the air as the breeze went by. That smells like smoke.. Then he saw something start to fall to the ground and he knew it wasn't winter, so figured it was ash. He then bolted in the direction it came from.
