Dolls are basically shikigami, beings created from matter, elements, energy, or a combination of all three. They are made to serve a purpose, and one purpose only -- to serve and obey every command that their creator, or "Master", gives them.
However, only Vampire Elders, and Elems who have mastered in their element of Darkness or Spirit, are capable of creating Dolls, for it is a very difficult task, and requires a lot of strength and power.
Most Dolls have a slight or no personality and are emotionless with little, if any, emotion. But some of them have feelings and personalities, yet they never show them to anyone but their creators. Most Dolls are loyal and trustworthy to their Masters, and will often follow them around unless told otherwise, and will do anything to protect them. Some Dolls realize, though, after a time of being a servant, that there is more to the world, and that they can be free -- they eventually end up killing their Masters, and setting off on their own. But, this rarely happens, as their creator can disintegrate them at any given moment for any reason, as they are the ones who created the Doll. However, some of these rebellious Dolls get lucky when their Creator dies from natural means or is killed/murdered. However, if this were to happen to a not-so-rebellious Doll, they would mourn for their Masters and eventually go into search for a new one, not wanting to be alone or abandoned, and having the longing to serve someone.
Dolls usually contain superhuman reflexes, such as speed, strength, and balance. They all have one certain Elemental Ability{ex: fire, ice, water, air, rock, etc. ANY ONE ELEMENT EXCEPT DARKNESS} or an uncommon power{a power/ability that no other species is able to do}, one other small ability{ex: telekinesis, empathy, ect.}, and one or a few weapons of some sort.
Their one true weakness is their faithfulness to their creators, which can often have them killed -- whether it be by their creator's hand, or in the act of protecting their creator.
Also, an eclipse can shut off all of a Doll's abilities. So, during an eclipse, Dolls cannot use their element, nor can they use their abilities.
Just because they are Dolls doesn't mean they can't feel. They can feel any wound or harm, but it doesn't hurt as much as it would a regular human or Elem. However, they CAN get harmed and have the ability to die.

Androids are either half human and half robot, or all robot. Unlike Dolls, they have mechanical and machine-like body parts that look, and sometimes, even feel human. They are programmed to do certain things for the Master. Some might serve as a combatant to eliminate foes and threats. Others might merely be maidens, programmed to pamper their Master's every need, or a "mate" to fullfil the creator's lust or love. Nevertheless, Androids are created for the same purpose as Dolls are -- to serve their creators. Only in this case, their creators are ordinary humans, whether it be Experimenters, Mad Scientists, etc.
Few Androids are basically mindless, emotionless zombies, while others are clever enough to develop a personality. They are obediant and loyal to their creators, while others become smart enough to kill their creators once they've been made. Being human, the masters do not possess any way of forcing their assistant into doing whatever they like, unlike the Dolls' creators. As a result, Androids usually end up breaking free from their Creator's grasp, whether it is escaping or murdering them, and roaming the world to do whatever it is they wish.
Androids, since their half or all robot, have superhuman strength, speed, and durability. They don't nessicarily have any powers, and usually contain efficient skills according to what they do/did as a servant for their masters. Mostly, they are excellant hand-to-hand combatants, and some of them carry a weapon in order to intensify their strength.
Of course, though, since Androids are basically machines with personalities, they can sometimes be easy to fool, trick, or decieve. They are intelligent and are capable of restoring memories, yes, but unlike to a real, breathing being, they cannot obtain a real brain process. Perhaps they have a soul of some sort since they sometimes develop personalities, but that could be from their observation of humans. They might be merely mimicking what they've seen. But, of course, whether or not they have soul is unknown. What is known, though, is that they are programmed technoligies who appear and sometimes feel to be in human form, and as a result of this, they do not require all the processes of the brain.
Also, if one of their robotic body parts or insides are wounded/destroyed/sepaerated from their body, this may mess up their programming, or merely have them lose one of their robotic parts. Either way, this is a big weakness for Androids, because if one of their wires inside them are cut or destroyed, they may never process correctly ever again, or will explode -- perhaps causing their meachanical parts to be blown off, or even make their functioning shut down completely, killing them. If one of their parts/limbs are blown off, then they're functioning becomes limited as they may never be able to attack correctly or do things properly ever again. The only real way they may be able to fix this, is if they go to a human Creator for help, which most of them would rather suffer instead of being prisoned under the clutches of mankind again, or simply because they do not like humans. Sometimes they try to fix themselves, and actually succeed, but most of the time their lack of functioning overcomes them, unabling them to complete this task. And if they are half-human, they have more of a chance of surviving.
