hello! i'm one of the staff personnel from burn my dread, a non-canon p3 rpg site, to follow up on your request.
sadly, we don't really have a 234x60 px banner - as we are not really willing to go over the standard 88x31 px, it would also be unfair to other sites - so we have placed your banner on static.
